A: We tailor make our computers to your own individual requirements, using only the highest quality parts for added reliability. You then get exactly what you want without any unnecessary expense, and you can be confident that all our systems are quality checked before they leave us. Future upgrades are much easier to deal with on a custom-built computer because the parts we use are fully industry standard. While many store bought systems claim to be upgradable, many times you have to go through the system's manufacturer to upgrade. This limits the user to specific manufacturer parts that may be higher priced or have limited availability. Q: How are your computers quality checked ? A: We run a full system diagnostic on the computer, checking memory addressing, hardware stress and system cooling. This ensures any manufacturing defects are corrected before our computers leave us. Q: How would you know what computer I need ? A: Just let us know what you will be using the computer for. We will use this information, together with a target budget, to recommend the best system for your needs. Our computer systems are built by trained technical staff who will be there to assist you before and after your purchase. Q: Why should I buy from Kasiea and not a High Street chain ?
